Wentworth Miller: An offer for China's "Bigfoot" Movie!

Posted on 7:53 AM by hill wilf

I came across this article on the internet yesterday 29th August 2012.

Read the article below:

http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/movies/moviesnow/la-et-mn-china-monster-movie-20120829,0,110185.story

Seegers said "Bigfoot" initially will cost about $2.4 million. It will be shot with some Chinese dialogue and the filmmakers have made an offer to actor Wentworth Miller, who is hugely popular in China because of widespread piracy of the "Prison Break" television series.
After reading the article I thought it was quite amusing.  It wasn’t until I pictured my Went dressed up in a “Bigfoot” costume and saw him as a huge hairy beast, that I became angry.  “How could anyone wish to transform such a beautiful specimen of a man into a grotesque looking monster?” I asked myself.    “Hell no!  [I exclaimed.]  This is where I put my foot down!”

I managed to calm myself down and after thinking about this clearly, I came to the conclusion that perhaps this movie wasn’t such a bad idea after all.  It could turn out to be a huge box office hit not only in China but worldwide.  I realised that every Tom, Dick and Harry do appear to have a fascination for Bigfoot and besides many of them are glued to their TV sets watching “Finding Bigfoot” on Animal Planet.  A movie with Wentworth Miller acting in it would definitely draw the masses too!  Went’s fans are so starved for any sightings of him anyway, and if this means it’s the only way we get to see him, then what have we got to lose?  Anyway, it would be fun playing “Hide and Seek” with Went, even if it has to be on a big screen. [She smiles.]  It would be quite charming to hear Went speaking a little bit of Chinese too.  I wonder how "Bigfoot" cries out in Chinese? [She laughs.]

Perhaps Went would be the hunter and not the hunted or as it says in the article the “Yeren” is actually “Bigfoot” with a big heart who loves nature.  So if Went is cast as “Bigfoot” with a big heart then he would suit the part very well, because we all know that a big beautiful heart is  precisely what Went has.
When I also took into consideration that Went is a hard-nosed, intelligent businessman, who would ensure that he’d be well compensated for his part and he'd make sure that the benefits were good too, I came to the conclusion that this couldn’t be a bad project for Went after all.  Finally I was able to put all my worries and fears to bed. [She sighs.]

In case you’re not a Tom, Dick or Harry and have missed out on “Finding Bigfoot” this is a preview of the show.

I found this video too that I thought you’d all enjoy. I’m sure Went would definitely enjoy the music.  Take a look at it … I found it to be quite funny!

Wentworth Miller: A Wish For Wentworth!

Posted on 4:31 PM by hill wilf

This is for you dear Went,

just to let you know,

that you're always in my thoughts

and prayers.

I do hope you get to read it,

‘cause this blessing,

is sent to you,

directly from my heart!

“May you always have work for your hands to do.
May your pockets hold always a coin or two.
May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.
May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.”

And a little something extra,
 especially for you!

Wentworth Miller: The Trouble About Wentworth.

Posted on 7:51 AM by hill wilf

Wow!  How’s that for a Title to my blog?  Hopefully it’ll grab someone’s attention.  [She winks.]

Well I’ll get right down to the crux of the matter.  Is it just me, or do others find that since you've become a fan of Went, he plagues your mind?   I mean my train of thought or perhaps concentration isn’t what it used to be since Went has caught my attention.

To give you an example, the other day I went grocery shopping.  I’d written a list before leaving home and when I got to the shop, I realised that I’d left it at home.  Went was the reason for my absentmindedness.  "Why?" you may ask.  Well when I was dressing up to go to do the shopping I started wondering about Went. I’ll let you in on a little secret he creeps into my mind most of the time.  [She says shyly.]  And it ain't good if you want to keep your wits about you.  He can cause you to daydream a lot which may cause mishaps if you know what I mean?

Anyway getting back to what I was writing about.  I pictured Went sitting writing away at his desk and then I wondered to myself if Went gets a stiff neck and tense shoulders.  Does he suffer from eye strain from looking at his computer all day? Perhaps he works at night too.  And then I also got to thinking whether he gets a chance to take a breather.  Does he manage to get some fresh air?  Who makes lunch and dinner for him and who brings him a cup of coffee or a drink of water while he’s slogging away?  Suddenly I became paranoid over him.  I then pictured Went all bent over and starving to death.  Tiny beads of perspiration began to form on my brow and above my upper lip.  I tell you eventually my little mind had me so worked up that if I had wings to fly I would've flown straight there to be with him. [She clucks.]

Well by the time my mind had finished playing tricks with me, I left my home feeling like a complete wreck and hence “the shopping list” was left behind.  To make things worse I couldn’t for the life of me remember what I had to buy.  [She laughs.]

And can you believe this?  As I was walking down the aisles staring at the rows of food all I could do was think of poor Went.  In my mind I pictured him tired, worn out, and undernourished which made me feel so guilty.  I gave up my shopping for the day. That night I had to open up a can of beans for dinner. [She frowns.] Meanwhile I bet Went was sleeping like a contented baby on the other side of the world with not a care in the world.
To those who Went has inspired to take up writing, I found this down to earth poem for you.  It may give you some sort of inkling what it means to be a writer.

So You Want To Be A Writer by Charles Bukowski
if it doesn't come bursting out of you
 in spite of everything,
 don't do it.
unless it comes unasked out of your
heart and your mind and your mouth
 and your gut,
 don't do it.
if you have to sit for hours
 staring at your computer screen
 or hunched over your
 typewriter
 searching for words,
 don't do it.
if you're doing it for money or
 fame,
 don't do it.
if you're doing it because you want
 women in your bed,
 don't do it.
if you have to sit there and
 rewrite it again and again,
 don't do it.
if it's hard work just thinking about doing it,
 don't do it.
if you're trying to write like somebody
 else,
 forget about it.
if you have to wait for it to roar out of
 you,
 then wait patiently.
if it never does roar out of you,
 do something else.
if you first have to read it to your wife
or your girlfriend or your boyfriend
or your parents or to anybody at all,
 you're not ready.
don't be like so many writers,
don't be like so many thousands of
 people who call themselves writers,
don't be dull and boring and
pretentious, don't be consumed with self-
 love.
the libraries of the world have
 yawned themselves to
 sleep
 over your kind.
 don't add to that.
 don't do it.
 unless it comes out of
 your soul like a rocket,
 unless being still would
 drive you to madness or
 suicide or murder,
 don't do it.
unless the sun inside you is
 burning your gut,
 don't do it.
 when it is truly time,
and if you have been chosen,
 it will do it by
itself and it will keep on doing it
until you die or it dies in you.

 there is no other way.

 and there never was.
Thank you for reading my blog.  Goodbye.

Wentworth Miller: The Premiere of Resident Evil Afterlife with Wentworth Miller in Japan.

Posted on 3:03 PM by hill wilf

The Premiere of Resident Evil Afterlife took place on Thursday, 2nd September 2010.  It was held at Roppongi Hills in Japan.
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3031_hills.html

http://www.roppongihills.com/en/

What a momentous occasion this was.

I was so excited for this day.  I was going to watch Went live on “Ustream World Wide”.  It meant that I had to make sure that my computer was in perfect working order.  I’d taken my computer to the “Computer Doctor” the week before for an overhaul, and it was working like a bomb.  I even made sure that I had a backup; I purchased a new laptop just in case anything should go wrong.  The ordeal I experienced when I attempted to follow Went’s adventure at Comic Con wasn’t going to happen to me again.

I started the morning off with a session of deep meditation to get me into the “Zen” of things. I had planned my daily routine the day before, very carefully and methodically.  My workload was going to be kept to the very bare minimum giving me enough time and space to see Went.  I made sure that I remained calm and centred because I knew that I needed to be relaxed when I watched Went, live in Japan, later on in the day.  I substituted my intake of coffee for Chamomile tea instead.   I made sure that light meals were the order of the day.  I even forewarned my Security Company, to have their paramedics on standby just in case I needed any kind of medical assistance i.e. mouth to mouth resuscitation, defibrillation to the heart, oxygen, straight jacket etc.  You know the usual (WREP) Went Revival Emergency Procedures. [She winks.]

I settled down to watch this awesome event.  I had the panic button there, right next to me on my desk, in case of a medical emergency.  This time my telephone and cell phone were placed on “speaking mode”.  Relaxed and breathing calmly I connected to the Ustream thread and there they were … hundreds of Japanese screaming fans waving banners with Resident Evil Afterlife splashed and painted all over them.  Some were holding up banners for Milla Jovovich, some for Ali Larter and if my memory serves me correctly, the majority of them were for Wentworth Miller.  Huge big pictures of Went were bobbing all over the show.  My adrenaline started pumping.  I scanned the crowd to see if I could see Went but he hadn’t arrived yet.  Suddenly the crowd went crazy as cars pulled up and I knew instinctively that Went was in one of them.  Gosh my heart was pounding my head was throbbing and my eyes were popping. Suddenly the chauffeur opened the back door of one of the sedans and there he was … Wentworth!

I flew out of my seat, jumping and shouting with joy.  I collapsed and flopped back down into my seat smashing my elbow into the panic button by mistake.  Suddenly there was pandemonium! Alarms went off around me.  The telephone rang … it was the security company telling me the paramedics were on their way and I must keep calm.  In a split second, security guards were storming my house.  I looked up and I saw a man’s face glaring at me through the window with his gun pointing at me.  He was shouting at me, commanding me to lie down on the floor, to remain calm and still (as if I could).  He shouted he had everything under control (so he thought).  Paramedics were making their way down the pathway with a stretcher.  Can you believe it just   another one of my Went Occasions gone wrong?  I was so embarrassed too!  I can assure you I had to come up with a pretty good explanation for this emergency call out.

Yeah you guessed it!  I missed out on the Premiere for Resident Evil Afterlife, but thank goodness I did manage to catch up with the Premiere afterwards.

Was the above ….

Fact ....

or fiction? [She enquires raising her eyebrow and smiling.]

These are some of the magnificent pictures taken at the event.

This is what got me into trouble.  Take a look and see if I over reacted. You be the judge!
Well I guess that’s all from me for now.
Thank you for stopping by.  Goodbye!

Wentworth Miller: The Dreams and Passions of Wentworth Miller

Posted on 1:51 PM by hill wilf

Well I’ve said it many times before here on my blogs for Wentworth and also on my blogs for Inspiration, that the most important thing a person can do, is to follow their dreams and their passions because in doing so they find peace and true happiness within.

We know that Went has said in many interviews that he needs acting like he needs air to breathe and it appears that he’s discovered and he's unleashed another mistress that has given him an unquenchable thirst and a fountain to drink from, and this of course is his passion for writing.

I’m thrilled that Went is pursuing his heart’s desires and passions.  Went seems determined to use every gift he has been blessed with.  It just goes to show what a wise and intelligent man he truly is and how in tune he is with himself.  He knows how to tap into his creativity and how to use it.  He also knows exactly what he wants and how to go about achieving his goals.

My respect and admiration for Went just grows more and more each day.  I feel so blessed that I’ve been given the privilege and opportunity to follow him as he forges ahead with confidence and determination to accomplish all of his dreams.

Though Went is a brilliant writer it’s important to remember that he is also an amazing actor and I sincerely hope that he hasn’t forgotten this and that he continues to use this wonderful gift too.

I would love to see Went portray one of his characters that he writes about, on screen.  In my opinion I feel that he would be able to give his character far more depth, passion and credibility than any other actor could ever attempt to do.

I am hopeful that Went combines both acting and writing together as he is a master of both.

So Went if you read this, I would like to add that if things were left up to me, (unfortunately they’re not), you’d really be working yourself to the bone (as if you aren’t already).  My dilemma you see Went, is that I can’t seem to get enough of you and your amazing creativity and genius.  [She sighs.]   Foolish as I may seem, I’m merely expressing my admiration and respect for you.

I do hope that we see a lot more of you and your writing for many more years to come!

Once again I wish to thank you dear Went for sharing your wonderful gifts with us.  You are definitely an inspiration to us all. Please keep up the good work and continue with what you’re doing because you are amazing and you will be blessed abundantly!

Wentworth Miller: Somewhere I have never travelled By e.e. cummings.

Posted on 4:25 PM by hill wilf

Somewhere I have never travelled

Somewhere I have never travelled, gladly beyond
any experience, your eyes have their silence:
in your most frail gesture are things which enclose me,
or which I cannot touch because they are too near

Your slightest look easily will unclose me
though I have closed myself as fingers,
you open always petal by petal myself as Spring opens
(touching skilfully, mysteriously) her first rose

Or if your wish be to close me, I and
my life will shut very beautifully, suddenly,
as when the heart of this flower imagines
the snow carefully everywhere descending;

Nothing which we are to perceive in this world equals
the power of your intense fragility: whose texture
compels me with the colour of its countries,
rendering death and forever with each breathing

(I do not know what it is about you that closes
and opens; only something in me understands
the voice of your eyes is deeper than all roses)
Nobody, not even the rain, has such small hands

~ e. e. Cummings~
